La cour supr\u00eame, saisie par le bureau des procureurs, avait quinze jours pour se prononcer sur le cas de l\u2019ancienne ministre de l\u2019Action sociale, que les magistrats de la chambre de premi\u00e8re instance estiment inapte \u00e0 \u00eatre jug\u00e9e. La cour supr\u00eame ne rendra pas sa d\u00e9cision dans le d\u00e9lai imparti, elle a repouss\u00e9 \u00e0 la date du 13 d\u00e9cembre en invoquant des \u00abcirconstances exceptionnelles\u00bb.
